In a context where energy transition has become a national priority, companies are seeking concrete solutions to reduce their carbon footprint. The ACT Collectif programme, supported by ADEME, offers a tailored response by promoting collective decarbonisation initiatives. As the project leader, QualiShift plays a key role in supporting companies towards a successful transition. This initiative is part of a larger project covering the whole of Normandy and Île-de-France: ACT-en-Seine, which brings together more than 10 ACT Collectifs in this region.

What is the "ACT Pas à Pas" approach?

The "ACT Pas à Pas" approach enables companies to:
• Develop a decarbonisation strategy and transition plan.
• Identify decarbonisation levers suited to their business.
• Review their strategy and vision in light of a low-carbon world.
• Translate this new vision into a concrete action plan.

The ACT Collectif Meaux – Marne-La-Vallée is aimed at all businesses (micro-businesses, SMEs and mid-cap companies) wishing to make a concrete commitment to decarbonisation. The programme covers the north of Seine-et-Marne, from Marne-La-Vallée to Coulommiers and Meaux.

What are the benefits of a collective approach?

The ACT Collective programme brings together 15 companies of all sizes and from a variety of sectors. Each company follows an "ACT Pas à Pas" consulting programme, punctuated by motivating and inspiring group sessions. Participating in a collective project has several advantages:
• Knowledge sharing: Exchanging ideas with other companies allows you to pool experiences and learn from the successes and failures of others. It is also a source of emulation and inspiration.
• Access to funding: ADEME offers grants to support collective decarbonisation projects.
• Enhanced credibility: Engaging in a collective approach strengthens the company's legitimacy with its stakeholders (customers, partners, investors).
• Networking: ACT Collectif promotes meetings between committed players in the region, strengthening the motivation, inspiration and resilience of participants.

What role does QualiShift play as project leader?

As project leader, QualiShift is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the business collective. Its tasks include:
• Mobilising businesses around the project.
• Supporting the selection of ACT Pas à Pas consultants.
• Facilitating discussions and the sharing of best practices during collective days.

Conclusion

The ACT Collectif programme, led by QualiShift, offers companies a unique opportunity to commit to a successful energy transition. By collaborating and pooling their efforts, they can achieve their decarbonisation goals while strengthening their competitiveness, resilience and brand image.
